TRAVEL
Fullers passenger ferry
The Fullers passenger ferry departs from Auckland CBD (Downtown Ferry Terminal, near Viaduct Harbour), generally hourly.
The ferry terminal is 30mins drive from Auckland Airport; accessible by Uber (~$50), taxi (~$75) or Sky Bus ($17 / 45mins departing every 15mins). We recommend avoiding peak hour.
Adult return is NZD $38.

Sealink car ferry
Sealink operate a car ferry services from two locations: Half Moon Bay Ferry Terminal (east of the city) and Auckland CBD (Wynyard Wharf Ferry Terminal).
The ferry terminals are both 30mins drive from Auckland Airport.

Sealink offer a SuperSaver option for limited crossing times — two adults + car return for NZD $169.

TRANSPORT
Taxi
Taxis are generally expensive. TripAdvisor suggests Waicabs Taxis are the most reasonable. We have heard that the taxi drivers go to bed pretty early though!
